Increasingly schools are asking us to bring part or all of one of our courses to them, rather than send teachers out to a course organised by us. On one occasion, we were asked to bring a student conference to a school abroad – which we were very happy to do. (That school combined with other schools to fill the school hall!).
In-house provision varies widely according to the need. We can supply an entire course, as advertised, with all resources and materials. In this respect, it’s worth noting that some of our courses are designed specifically as whole school INSETs.
We can also tailor a course (including any whole school INSET) to more adequately suit your needs.
We can supply part of a course which you may then want to offer your staff as a twilight provision.
We can also (and have done so many times in the past) put you in touch with an appropriate course leader to design and lead the bespoke course of your choice. We can even, with the course leader’s agreement and subject to his/her diary, put you in touch with a specific course leader.
In house provision really does vary, and it isn’t often (with the exception of whole school INSETs and entire advertised courses) that any two schools have totally identical requirements.
