This is a great time to join our growing sales team within Keynote to deliver outstanding sales activity across the secondary education sector. Your role has 3 main areas of responsibility including KPI goals and activity levels, excellent selling and achieving your sales targets to contribute to the overall team target.
This is an exciting time for the company as we are in a period of business expansion and are currently looking for a digital marketing executive to lead the marketing for the company and drive the promotion of the company through a range of digital channels.
As the digital marketing executive, you will have hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and delivering campaigns across all core digital marketing channels; namely email marketing, social media and SEOs.
You are technically minded and data-driven; a strong analytical thinker and an effective problem solver who is comfortable taking initiative and who thrives in a fast-paced and expanding environment.
You will have strong content writing skills and work alongside the marketing associate to implement our content marketing and SEO strategy. You will ideally have experience in overseeing the performance of an e-commerce website and have a solid understanding of website optimisation and CRO.
You will have a proven record in delivering results from paid media campaigns, spanning platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn.
As the brand guardian you will ensure all campaigns are delivered on brand and to the highest professional standard.
Working within a small marketing team, you will bring your experience in people management to oversee workflow, build on capabilities, manage the coordination of campaigns, and ensure individual and team targets are met.
This is an important role and your success will result in increased lead generation, increased online conversions, increased brand awareness and enhancement of the company’s reputation as a leading player within the secondary education market
Lead on the Marketing operations and strategies across all channels
Work with the team to implement clear strategies across email marketing and social media
Work with the team to create engaging content for online channels, e-marketing including social media, printed media, website, blogs, online product listings with written content, video and photography
Work with the team on website development ongoing CRO
Lead on developing the website content schedule, working with the team and chosen partners to ensure website materials and publications are updated regularly
Build social media following across all core channels
Drive traffic and online bookings to the website from social channels
Format and publish content on the website CMS in line with SEO best practice;
Lead on data sourcing, managing mailing lists, collating data, creating data segmentation ensuring best practice
Lead on affiliate marketing activity, identifying relevant affiliated and building lasting relationships to leverage opportunities to market Keynote to the wider network.
Oversee promoted social media activity across all core social channels; working with the digital marketing associate to build audience insight, manage multiple campaign creatives and deliver results, working to budget and reporting monthly
Work with the sales team to develop and deliver an affiliate marketing strategy
Support the course & conference team with the successful launch of new products through keyword research, target audience insight, market research, etc.
Manage and report against marketing budget
Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, and act as the creative lead for the business
Ensure all campaign activity is trackable and reported on monthly
Continually look for ways to improve processes and ways of working to deliver greater efficiencies and ROI
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

Starting Salary of £27,000
