Teaching A level Maths for the first time can be daunting. You may have been successful when you studied A level yourself but realise that you need a deeper understanding to teach it to students. Starting the course at the right level is vital so students gain confidence and enjoy their studies in mathematics. Knowing where they will struggle and how to make that a positive learning experience is key for their success. You, as teacher, need to select approaches and activities that will ensure that success, particularly with key topics and demanding topics.
Please include the key areas of teaching, learning, achievement, and/or leadership that the course will be covering.
