This is a great time to join our growing business development & sales team within Keynote to deliver outstanding activity across the secondary education sector.
The Successful Candidate will:
Sales – the ability to drive daily sales to increase revenue, negotiate prices and close deals to meet and exceed KPIs
Product – experience of successfully selling high end products ( courses and conferences) to a professional body, matching and tailoring products to meet client priorities
Develop Current Business relationships – experience of developing and expanding new business opportunities with current accounts
New Business Opportunities – experience of forging new contacts and developing new revenue streams by driving up opportunities in schools, MATS, Alliances and Trusts we are not currently working in
Drive sales to increase company revenue to meet targets
Take ownership of a substantial number of schools in the secondary education sector, working with them as a key point of contact for Keynote, to introduce and sell products to meet their priorities, and to expand business opportunities.
Matching and tailoring the range of products to meet teacher and leader CPD priorities for
Generating more sales and student group opportunities with leaders and teachers in our current schools
Generating new business links to build strong partnerships and increase sales revenue streams in schools MATS, Alliances and Trusts
Work with the Marketing & Product teams in promoting campaigns
Experience and Competencies
A degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years sales experience
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Demonstrable experience of increasing and generating sales with current and new leads
Financially motivated with an exemplary work ethic and a results-driven approach
Experience of selling to professional bodies
Proven track record of responsibility for a large portfolio of clients
Experience of introducing new products to clients with the end sale in mind.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident presentation skills, ability to close a sale within a call
Confident in the use of phone and email, to generative, manage and close sales.
Excellent organisational skills
Good IT Skills

Salary from £30,000 a year + uncapped commission package (estimated up to £60,000)
