ABOUT THIS COURSE

This workshop is designed for any teachers with the interest in learning more about mindfulness, and how it can create a calmer, more focused and happier school environment.

The course will guide you through what it really means to be mindful, then how to begin to live it, learn it and teach it through movement, the breath, meditation and games. Appropriate for all teachers in improving their own wellbeing, and consequently their pupils’ wellbeing, focus, attention and academic achievement.

Helen Clare

Helen is a previous school teacher and senior yoga teacher. Founder and Director of Class Yoga International, Helen has taught yoga and mindfulness to thousands of students aged 3 to 23 and trained hundreds of teachers in her methods. Helen is creator of the Well Ed programme for schools, providing resources for pupils and their educators, to raise whole-school wellbeing for maximum benefit. Helen also provides online educator CPD and further training in yoga and mindfulness for children and young people.
