It is now well known that developing a growth mindset creates motivation and productivity across spheres – in the worlds of education, business and sports.

This course gives an exciting and different perspective on embedding a resilient culture and a growth mindset approach in a sustainable way to ensure successful outcomes. The course focuses on helping staff to explore tools and techniques to deploy a resilient approach in their schools and with pupils.

Key concepts covered include growth mindset, stretch zones and challenge mindset/taking risks, and framing. Significant aspects of this course include case studies from high performing business and elite sport. Staff will explore how these concepts can translate into day to day actions and tools for their own school environments.

This brand new course is suitable for Senior and Middle Leaders and those looking to develop further their Growth Mindset programmes, or take their work in new directions.

“Attitude is infectious and highly contagious. Is yours worth catching?” Professor Steve Black
