ABOUT THIS WEBINAR

This one-hour webinar will give NQTs, recently qualified teachers and teachers new to teaching A-level Chemistry greater confidence and the ability to teach a range of topics within the specification. In particular we will look at:

  • Mole calculations including titrations
  • Redox
  • Rates
  • Enthalpy
  • Equilibria

BENEFITS OF ATTENDING

  • Gain confidence in delivering the A-level Chemistry specification
  • Take away strategies which will allow all students to be successful
  • Increase student understanding of A-level Chemistry
  • Develop stepwise approaches to the increased mathematical demand in A-level Chemistry

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • New Teachers of A level Chemistry
  • Heads of Chemistry
  • Heads of Science
