A-Level Art & Design Revision Conference

ABOUT THIS CONFERENCE

Students explore research-led projects, experiment with techniques, and develop concepts, while learning how to present and evaluate work against assessment objectives. Annotated model portfolios and examiner commentary provide insight into top-level responses.

 The conferences are designed to support learners of all abilities. Whether students are aiming to secure a solid pass grade or pushing towards A/A* performance, the sessions provide tailored guidance, examiner-led strategies, and differentiated activities.

By the end of the day, students leave with stronger creative skills, improved analytical confidence, and examiner-produced guidance to support final preparation.

  Students will:

• Refine and expand practical skills while developing a distinctive personal style.
• Analyse and critically evaluate their own and others’ work using assessment criteria.
• Develop skills to produce high-quality, research-informed projects with clear visual and written outcomes.
• Build confidence in presenting ideas and reflective evaluations under exam conditions.
• Take away examiner-produced guidance, exemplar work, and structured revision resources.
