GCSE Classics Revision Conference

ABOUT THIS CONFERENCE

Covering Ancient History, Classical Civilisation, Greek and Latin, our GCSE Classics revision conference prepares students to excel across literature and history. Led by examiners, this GCSE Classics revision course combines interactive discussion, source analysis, and essay-writing practice.

Students engage with texts, sources, and historical context, developing strategies to interpret meaning, evaluate reliability, and construct coherent arguments. Model answers and commentary illustrate what is needed for top grades.

With tailored pathways for grades 4–5 and grades 8–9, students receive targeted support to strengthen both subject knowledge and exam technique.

By the end of the day, students leave more confident in analysing texts, structuring essays, and applying cultural and historical knowledge in timed conditions.
