This is a great time to join our Course and Conference production team; the company is busy, we are expanding the Academic Course & Conference Production Team as we take up into new business opportunities.


The successful candidate will possess the following vital skills:

  • Creativity – the ability to successfully write relevant, in-depth course and conference programmes which attracts teachers and leaders in the secondary education sector

  • Products– experience of producing commercially successful products in line with company standards

  • Commercial Awareness– the ability to critically analyse, assess and enhance material to increase course bookings

  • Research – the ability to carry out advanced research in order to create large-scale topical conferences

  • Education – an active interest in current and emerging issues, trends and directions in the secondary education sector


Responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of 6 – 8 curriculum areas/non-curriculum areas, working with subject experts to create new courses, update & adapt courses, expand the range of courses, both to meet demand and extend curriculum boundaries

  • Producing, in collaboration with our teams of external experts, c 50 courses per year in each curriculum area, which recruit to targets.

  • Evaluating your provision in your curriculum areas, the feedback, quality assurance to maintain company standards

  • Sourcing new course leaders when required

  • Researching to appropriate depth, developing and producing 6 – 10 large-scale conferences per year for secondary education leaders on current issues, trends and directions, to attract delegate numbers of over 150 per conference.

  • Sourcing and securing leading, nationally renowned experts to present Keynote sessions in these conferences

  • Working with the Keynote Marketing Team on e-marketing campaigns, USPs and website copy & content

  • Continually assessing the success of current courses and conferences and making changes as appropriate


Experience and Competencies:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification

  • Possess a sound, current understanding of the secondary education sector, together with a committed interest in the development, changes and directions affecting the sector

  • Experience of effectively developing CPD programmes

  • A commercial understanding of education business and be results driven

  • Possess creative and entrepreneurial flair, know when to take initiative, identify good opportunities and see them through

  • Enjoy a high energy, proactive role, be an excellent relationship builder, able to negotiate on phone calls, persuasive

  • An excellent communicator, in both written and verbal forms

  • Confident, positive, with an ability to complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines

  • Highly organised, with a nimble, agile attitude, ready to embrace and cope with change

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
