This interactive, practical course is aimed at driving performance within teams in a sustainable and positive way.  The day includes the use of a market leading behavioural assessment to help identify the strengths and different ways of operating within the team. Also covered are key theory and research around the behavioural norms that drive high performance within teams, with illustrations taken from world class fields as well as elite sport.

Catherine Baker and her team are currently working in national businesses, including the professions, and sport as well as education across the UK with this proven effective high performance, programme.

As the power of this course is working with the actual teams, this course is principally best suited as an in-school course/programme (Please call Keynote to discuss if you would like to book for your school). However, we are pleased to offer a slightly shorter version of the course in London and Manchester (see dates) where as individual staff members, or indeed in teams, you can find out more about how high performing teams operate, behavioural norms and practices and take back to school key critical information and approaches to use with your teams.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” African proverb
